Carol Harris, Director, Voice of Truth Choir
Carol Harris became director of the Voice of Truth Choir in 2016 after several years as a faithful choir member and featured soloist. Her musical background spans her teen years when she sang soprano in a church trio, to singing folk music with her sister, and later, to participating in numerous school choirs and community choruses. Carol considers music to be a lifelong mainstay, and is happiest whenever she is involved, either in singing, listening, writing or coaching other singers. She owes her musical aptitude to her mother who was a trained pianist, accompanist and soloist.
Carol, who worked professionally in teaching and social work, has been wholly committed to the Science of Mind philosophy for many years. “I am excited about our choir’s future, and very grateful for the opportunity to reinforce the message of Religious Science through music,” she says.
