The Spirit of Art: ARTIST Submission Form

I am submitting the art piece(s) listed herein to be included in The Spirit of Art auction event as outlined above.

I understand that my artwork or other property is scheduled to be displayed and placed up for auction on Saturday, March 15, 2025. The drop off period will be from Monday, March 10 through Wednesday, March 12, 2025 between the hours of 10am – 4pm, unless otherwise arranged. If I am including my artwork in the auction on consignment, I understand that I will be notified after the event whether my artwork was purchased. If any of my consigned artwork is not purchased, I agree to pick up the artwork on or before Tuesday, March 18, 2025 during normal office hours of 10am – 4pm.

I acknowledge that my property, including without limitation, any art or other items on display, may be damaged, lost or stolen during the exhibition or during the unpacking, packing, or transportation of the items. I acknowledge and understand the risk involved by allowing such property to be displayed by Riverside Center for Spiritual Living.

I understand that Riverside Center for Spiritual Living does not insure any exhibits or displays and if I choose, I can acquire my own insurance. If I choose to purchase such insurance, I agree to submit a copy to Riverside Center for Spiritual Living.

I hereby represent and warrant that I have read the Art Auction and Display Waiver of Liability form in its entirety and fully understand its contents. By checking the consent box and submitting this form electronically, I understand that I am signing this waiver digitally. I acknowledge that my digital signature holds the same intent, weight and effect as a printed waiver with a wet signature.  I have submitted this waiver voluntarily and of my own free will. By submitting this waiver, I release and hold harmless Riverside Center for Spiritual Living, its employees, volunteers or representatives from and against any and all claims of injury or damages relating to the above provisions.
